Got this one for a pretty good price. There is not much difference from the the regular takara, and hasbro versions, as a matter of fact I think they might be the same except for the boxes.

This Kissplay Prime certainly has a better deco than the Alternators version, but I don't think it's worth the additional cost, unless a rubber anime girl and weaponized pink surfboard are essential to your collection. I owned this and KP Rodimus but sold them both in favor of the Alternator versions.
