Sell yoursOmega Supreme was originally produced by Toybox, a competitor of Takara in Japan. While Hasbro licensed the design in North America, Omega Supreme could not released as a transformer by Takara Japan during the original G1 run as Takara didn't have the rights to do so.
It wasn't until 2008 that Omega Supreme was released in Japan.
Encore Omega Supreme comes with a "face" inserted where the head/tank turret is, making it distinct from the G1 figure.

awesome Omega Supreme has a face now un like the original. he is a first release for japan. He was never released in japan. the encore was japan other than the face piece and plastic insert instead of stryrofoam he is exactly like the US Toybox release. His visor can be opened with care and the face piece can be removed if You want a true Reissue....
