Flywheels

Curator's Notes:

As one of two Duocons sets released in Series 4, Flywheels provide perhaps the more compelling of the two, with his sombre color scheme and aggressive design. Watching him spring into robot mode when having his jet land on his tank was one of the many small joys of childhood.

Duocons are pretty basic toys--two simple vehicles which combine into one robot, with one as the head and shoulders and the other as the body. They have even less articulation than most G1 Transformers (minimal movement at the shoulders), but all the same and very unremarkable stickers aside, Flywheels does well in a collection, and won't be an eyesore on your G1 shelf. In fact, I'd say your G1 shelf isn't complete without him.
