Curator's Notes:

Evil Decepticon Starscream is given an updated version very reminiscent of his G1 form.

Starscream is a staple in CHUG collection. He heads up the seekers and this is a must have figure. I have many versions of this mold and it is always one of the figures i go to when i want to fiddle with one. Its a great buy.

Probably one of the better versions of Starscream that isn't the hideous movie-version, however the figure does have serious flaws. The back wings are prone to cracking, and mine have snapped off just from transforming it once. Also, the paint apps are quite bad, but I bought some Reprolabels to make him look nicer. Stay away unless you can find one for a good price.

Other early purchase for me, he was an instant favorite. This mold has been reused countless times (both official and not) but the original is still one that I cherish the most.

The basic Seeker mold that led to a ton of redecos and remoldings. This is a very good update on the G1 Seeker mold, and the paint apps work very well to make it Starscream. Not as poseable as it maybe could be, but still a must-have for your shelf.

One of the most repainted figures you can buy right now, and I would gladly own every single variation. 5/5 in all areas for this figure, except how many of them I own.

Can't have classics without the BIG CRY-BABY Starscream. Glad to see Hasbro stayed away from detachable wings and fins.

The very first iteration of the Classics Seeker mold! With so many repaints out there for Starscream alone, your preferred version comes down to personal preference. I sold this in favor of the Henkei version, but you won't go wrong with this great figure and paint job.

There are two different versions of the Classics Star Scream that came out in America. The second version was show accurate and is very sought after by G1 fans.

Got this from walmart when it first hit the shelves. The very first classics starscream, the very first of the mold that is actually a little different than the ones later released. Awesome figure.

No updated classics collection is complete without Starscream, and this figure does not let down. A well-executed figure that captures G1 Starscream perfectly, this mold provided the basis for classics seekers for years to come.

This figure is awesome and looks great. I would highly recommend this figure to anyone collecting this line.

I like the classics collection, the transformations are fun and the figures were thoughtfully designed.

To this day this continues (with very slight improvements) to be the definitive Seeker mold. The Universe version of Starscream is, in my opinion, slightly better because the paint is improved and it has the actual Decepticon logos on the wings. This figure, however, reamins one of the highlights of Hasbro brining back the G1 figures with updated, and much improved designs.
