Looks cool resembles the actual cartoon character. Plastic, twin sword helicopter blades kind of loose but functional.

Activators Megatron is a decent small-scale figure. Like others in this size class his transformation is done via a simple spring-load mechanism and one or two folds to get wayward limbs out of the way. He has fair articulation for an activator, but that isn't saying much.
On the whole a solidly average 'decent' toy.
