Series 4 (Shadow Warriors)
The "Shadow Warriors" or Laser Beasts as they were known in Japan, were the fourth series of Battle Beasts figures. Most significantly instead of a rubsign they had a crystalline sphere (or orb) in their chest which showed their "element" when you looked through it.
Only 12 Shadow Warriors made it to North America packaged in two-pack blister cards. Japan had 36 Laser Beasts total. Rumor has it that Europe may have had 24 of the Laser Beasts/Shadow Warriors.
